The whole company can participate, or the person in focus can have a private lesson with the company as the audience. Our skilled, sweet and energetic instructors will ensure a good atmosphere and an educational and fun teaching lesson. The instructor will adjust the level so everyone gets something out of it and everyone has a great time.

When you have finished your activity, we have a common area where it will be possible to enjoy bubbles and snacks by appointment.

Choose your bachelor party activity

We have many years of experience in holding bachelorette party events in pole dance, twerk, chairdance, burlesque and lapdance. Whether you are in the mood for a bang of a party or a quiet and cozy bachelor party, we have an activity for you. Read more below, and do not hesitate to contact us if in doubt.

Poledance

We are first and foremost a pole studio, and therefore we naturally hold many bachelor parties with pole dancing in focus. Pole dancing is for the energetic bachelor party, where you can challenge a little on strength and coordination. We get to play with various fun tricks and spins. To the brave we may even turn upside down! Finally, there will be a focus on a choreography, where you will dance to a piece of music. Our experienced instructors will probably make sure to create a bachelor party where everyone can join - and where everyone has a party!

Twerk

If there is anything that can make you laugh, it is twerking! We follow the rhythms of bouncy music and let go of inhibitions and expectations - and buttocks. We start from scratch, so everyone can join and get a feel for all the movements. Eventually, the techniques will be put together into a little choreography. Chairdance

A bachelorette party with seductive chairdance as an activity is the best way to awaken the sensual senses and get in touch with the feminine sides of the body. Our instructor's motto is: if the movements feel right, then they are right. We focus on delicious movements, light acrobatics and playful choreography that makes even the most stiff-legged feel supple and the most uncoordinated feel in a harmonious flow with the body.

Burlesque

Use your bachelorette party to learn seductive techniques and movements that can be transferred to the dance floor and maybe even the wedding night. At Pole Academy, we care more about making it feel right and it should be fun. We therefore create a safe space where there is room to explore and unfold the feminine sides - and make mistakes. A burlesque bachelorette party is based on movements where everyone can participate, regardless of shape and age - and then there is a guarantee of lots of laughter.

Lapdance

Learn to take control and pamper and seduce her or him with an elegant and intimate lap dance. But more importantly: learn to feel comfortable in your body when making fluid and feminine movements. A bachelorette party with lap dance in focus makes everyone pull on a smile, and most people can take part in this activity. We review a light choreography that you can take home to the bedroom, to the dance floor or to the wedding night.

Purchase our show, bubbles and snacks package and add the finishing touch to your bachelorette party experience. With a show included in your bachelorette party, you can enjoy your well-deserved break, while you sit back and enjoy our instructor make an impressive show based on all sorts of wild tricks and unique combinations. Meet our instructors here. An ordinary show has a duration of approx. 2-3 minutes.

Including bubbles and snacks?

Purchase our package show, bubbles and snacks, and give yourself the opportunity to land quietly after an intense dance class before moving on to the next activity of the day. We have a cozy lounge with sofa, chairs and table, where you can hang out and enjoy your bubbles and snacks. You are also welcome to enjoy bubbles and snacks during the lesson. A glass of bubbles is included with each person in the price, and as snacks we usually serve chips, nuts and chocolate and fruit.

Get answers to the most common questions here

Can everyone join?

Yes, yes and yes! Anyone can join. Maybe except pregnant (read more below). No matter what form you are in, our skilled instructors adapt the team so everyone has a good bachelor party with a mixture of challenge and laughter. If anyone has injuries, tell the instructor before the team starts, and then of course we will take care of this. And if you still prefer to sit down and watch, then you are also welcome to this.

Can pregnant women also participate?

It depends on which activity you choose, how far the pregnant woman is in her pregnancy and how active the pregnant woman is already.

Our experience is that most pregnant women can participate in most of the teaching. But it is up to the individual whether they can join. The pregnant woman will get the most out of: twerking, burlesque, chairdance and lapdance.

You are of course always welcome to take the breaks that may be needed.

May we bring snacks?

Yes, you are welcome to either buy bubbles and snacks in our complete bachelorette party package, or bring your own. We have a small tea kitchen with kettle and fridge if you need this.

May we bring alcohol and enjoy in the studio?

Yes, you are welcome to either buy bubbles in our complete bachelorette party package, or bring your own drinks and / or alcohol and enjoy them during the breaks and after class.

What should we wear?

Are you going to dance pole? Then it’s a good idea to bring:

Short shorts and regular training clothes
A cloth to wipe poles off with
We dance in bare feet

Are you going to twerk or dance? Then it’s a good idea to bring:

Ordinary training clothes
Loose leggings or shorts (it is especially important that they are loose if you are going to twerk)
Stockings / socks

Remember to bring a water bottle.

You are of course welcome to dress up in the craziest outfits filled with colors. After all, it’s a bachelor party!

Can we take a bath afterwards?

The Pole studio is equipped with a changing room and toilets. We do not have a bath available.

May we take pictures in the studio?

You are welcome to take pictures before, during and after the bachelorette party activity. Our instructor is happy to help you take a group photo.

You are of course also welcome to share the pictures on social media, if everyone in the picture is okay with this.

If you book a show, we ask you to ask the individual instructor if it is okay to take pictures of the show and share on social media.

We arrive by car – where can we park?

RIGHT outside. In other words, so close that you can almost roll to the door and into your bachelor party.

We arrive by public transport – but how?

It is easy to take public transportation to the studio. You can choose between:

Bus: 4A / 1A / 200/17 / 2-9 minutes walk to the studio.

Light rail: It lasts approx. 8 minutes walk from the studio. Get off at Øllegårdsvej.

Can we reserve a date and time until we are completely sure of the plan?

Yes, it is possible to reserve a date and time for a shorter period.

What happens if we have to cancel?

Cancellation two weeks or later than the hen party itself, an invoice for 50% of the agreed price will be sent, which must be paid within 8 days.
